All prices are shown and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) and do not include applicable 12% sales tax (hst)
- Any currency conversions shown are approximate
- Actual conversion rates will be as determined by the issuer of your Credit Card
A minimum 50% per person deposit holds your place until 30 days before your tour departure date, when payment is due in full
Upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, the balance of your fee will be refunded according to the following schedule
- 60 days or more: Full Refund less $30 Administration Charge per person
- 59-31 days: Deposit not refunded
- 30 days or less: no refund
- Refunds will be made in CAD$. Conversion rate will be determined by the issuer of your Credit Card
